Dofi ("Dofi," "we," "us") is a web property that publishes information about domain-asset financing concepts. This Site is informational; it is not a product offering. Engagement with Dofi does not create a lending, brokerage, or advisory relationship absent a separately executed written agreement.
No warranties
All Site content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Illustrative scenarios, eligibility criteria, pricing frameworks, and forward-looking statements are hypothetical. We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or suitability of any information.
Forward-looking statements
Statements about future products, capital availability, market opportunity, or domain-asset performance constitute forward-looking statements. These statements involve known and unknown risks including regulatory, macro-economic, liquidity, technology, and market risks. Actual outcomes may differ materially. Dofi undertakes no obligation to update any forward-looking statement.
No advisory relationship
Your use of this Site does not create a fiduciary, advisory, attorney-client, broker-dealer, lender-borrower, or any other professional relationship. Any eventual financing transaction would be governed exclusively by a separately negotiated written agreement.
II. Financing Disclosures & Eligibility
Domain-asset collateral
Domain names described as potential collateral are subject to unique risks, including but not limited to: loss of registrar control, registry suspension, trademark claims (including UDRP, URS, and ACPA proceedings), registration lapse, adverse governance action by ICANN or a registry, nameserver compromise, and rapid fluctuations in secondary-market value. Prospective borrowers should understand that domain-asset financing is not comparable in risk profile to traditional secured lending.
Eligibility
Any financing contemplated by Dofi may be available only to borrowers meeting specific eligibility criteria, which may include but are not limited to: accredited-investor status (17 CFR 230.501), minimum portfolio value, domain-level quality thresholds, registrar compatibility, jurisdictional suitability, KYC/AML completion, and completed due diligence. Eligibility does not guarantee approval; approval does not guarantee any specific rate, term, or amount.
Conflict of interest and valuation independence
Any domain valuation referenced in connection with a Dofi financing conversation is provided by third-party sources or by affiliated pricing-intelligence services (e.g., Weckett). Valuations are estimates and may differ materially from transaction prices, forced-sale prices, or recovery values. Borrower and lender are responsible for independent confirmation of any valuation relied upon in a binding transaction.
Capital-partner suitability
Capital-partner opportunities referenced on the Site are intended exclusively for accredited investors, qualified purchasers, or institutional investors operating under applicable exemptions from securities registration (e.g., Regulation D Rule 506(b) or 506(c); Section 4(a)(2); Regulation S). This Site does not offer securities to the general public and nothing on the Site should be construed as such an offer.
Fair lending commitment
Any lending activity ultimately conducted by Dofi or an affiliated originator will be governed by applicable federal and state fair-lending laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA; 15 U.S.C. § 1691), Regulation B (12 CFR Part 1002), and state analogues. Any automated decision-support or credit-scoring tools used in underwriting will be subject to model-risk management principles consistent with SR 11-7 (Federal Reserve supervisory guidance) and applicable CFPB guidance.
